Want an ambulance for your appointment? It's simple ! Contact us by phone or by filling out our contact form by inform us;

 

- your NAME-First name, full address (intercom, code, floor ...), phone number, date of appointment, place and time of appointment.

 

Make sure you meet the following conditions in order to benefit from our services:

 

- have a medical prescription for transport in AMBULANCE made by a doctor,

- be in possession of your vital card or a certificate confirming your French social security entitlement, or any other document attesting to the costs of the ambulance if your not a French citizen.

If you do not fulfill any of these conditions, the transportation costs will be at your expense. Please let us know when making an appointment so that we can communicate the price.
